Delivery of Goods


Cherillian Print Presentation Services will dispatch your goods to the address you have provided on the order form. Orders are dispatched within 5 working days upon receipt of cleared payment.


We only charge a flat rate location delivery fee to keep things simple based on regional zones and are charged on a consignment basis, not per item.


Our courier service will send confirmation via text alert to confirm your delivery date - they now operate a 1 hour delivery slot on day of delivery via text so please leave your mobile number with us.

Central Scotland £6.95


Scottish Highlands £14.95


All other Isles off the mainland £19.95


From dispatch, delivery within the UK Mainland is next working day. Off shore destinations will be 24 - 48 hours. Whilst delivery dates are given in good faith, no responsibility can be accepted for costs, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of your order. If you require urgent delivery, contact us prior to placing your order online.


The courier will require a signature for the consignment otherwise they will leave a card stating that they have attempted delivery. You can find the depot contact details on the delivery card, you may arrange redelivery or collect the parcel from the depot but there will be an additional charge for redelivery. If the item is not redelivered or collected it will remain at the depot for 5 days and then returned to Cherillian Print Presentation Services.


Your goods are dispatched to you via a National Courier, upon arrival you are required to open and inspect the goods for signs of damage, if there is any damage to the goods, you MUST sign the drivers delivery slip "GOODS DAMAGED" and inform us immediately of the damage concerned. If you do not have the time to inspect the goods then the slip must be signed "PACKAGING MARKED, GOODS UNINSPECTED". Failure to follow these instructions may result in the products ordered from us not being replaced.


If you do find the packaging or goods damaged you MUST inform us immediately by phone 0161 905 3282 or email info@Cherillian.co.uk. Any loss or damage MUST be reported to us within 48 hours of dispatch.



Collection of order in person


We offer a collection of order in person. All orders may be collected from our studio Monday to Saturday (exclucing public holidays) however we do ask customers to call us in advance to ensure your order will be available at time of collection on 0161 905 3282



Packaging


We have carefully selected a packaging supplier who provides us with made to measure packaging specific to your size of product. Your product will be packaged carefully in house by us and in a manner which will help protect your product in transit. We use Royal Mail, a reputable courier or by our own transport to deliver your goods.
